Jason Gray grew up in Utah County and graduated from Brigham Young University. He married his high school sweetheart, and after graduating from BYU, he went to PA school at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. After graduating in 2011, he spent time working in hand surgery with the Arizona Diamondbacks and also worked in urgent care medicine before moving back to Utah in 2017.
